Incidental findings Iritis, distal arthritis
Signs Question mark posture: loss of lumbar lordosis, fixed kyphosis, compensated extension cervical spine. Protruberant abdomen.
Differential diagnosis Ankylosing spondylitis
Function Ability to turn head
Tests Lower spine XR - Erosion,sclerosis sacroiliac joints / syndesmophytes / bamboo spine
